EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or tapping, is simply a self-applied stress reduction tool. It can help with pretty much anything that is interfering with your happiness and causing you stress and anxiety. 

How does it work?

Originally known as a successful treatment for PTSD, EFT is now widely regarded as an effective therapy tool.   It works by combining talk therapy and tapping on various meridian points on the body like acupuncture but without the needles.  Why the tapping part is so effective, is that it calms down the nervous system and helps to release emotions stuck in the body.  The result is that clients can process events, memories, and trauma without being triggered, break through blocks, release limiting beliefs and move forwards with their life.

The Science:

Over 275 published clinical studies including Harvard University, continue to demonstrate the benefits of tapping and calming the amygdala in the brain, the part that is responsible for the fight or flight response. It is especially helpful for those suffering from anxiety, stress and trauma. There are lots of insightful studies at the EFT Universe. 

Where did it come from?

Emotional Freedom Techniques was discovered and founded by Psychologist Dr Roger Callahan in the 1980s and later adapted and simplified by his protégé Gary Craig in the 1990s, who realised the healing power benefits of combining Ancient Eastern Medicine Energy with Modern Western Neuroscience Psychology. 

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions take place in person in Munich or on Zoom. Ahead of the session you will receive a Q&A and we will work on a specific challenge.  I will teach you how to tap and during the session you tap on yourself.  


As an Accredited EFT Practitioner and Self Love and Confidence Coach, I will hold a safe friendly space for you to go deeper and gently release the limiting beliefs from your mind and body.  

The result is that you are no longer stuck and the problem is not weighing you down anymore, you discover a new way of thinking and a lot of clients report feeling lighter and free. You get to find yourself again, create a new chapter and move forwards with your life. 


Within each session you will learn how to tap, as well as receive a personalised tapping script, giving you the freedom and independence to take care of your emotional wellbeing. 

A single session is 1 hour 30 minutes €107 euros
