Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

3.2. Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • used operating system

  • previously visited website

  • Host name of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address

A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, the processing is necessary to be able to provide our website.

6. Disclosure of data

Basically, a transfer of your personal data without your express prior consent only in the following cases:

  • If required to investigate the unlawful use of our services or to prosecute, personal data will be passed on to law enforcement agencies and, where appropriate, to third parties who have been harmed. For the USA, the European Commission decided on 12.7.2016 that an appropriate level of data protection exists under the provisions of the EU-US Privacy Shield (Adequacy Decree, Art. 45 GDPR).
